How to Apply

Applying to Sapientia Academy is easy and personalized. Follow the simple steps below:

Step 1: Send Your Application via Email

Interested applicants should send an official email expressing interest in admission to:

Your email should include:

  • Full Name

  • Intended Course/Program

  • Academic Qualification(s)

  • Phone Number

  • A passport photograph

Step 2: Wait for Screening & Review

Once we receive your application, our admissions team will:

  • Review your documents

  • Confirm eligibility based on your program choice

  • Contact you if additional information is needed

Please allow 3–7 working days for processing.

Step 3: Receive Your Invitation Letter

If your application is successful, you will receive a formal Invitation Letter via email. This letter will include:

  • Confirmation of admission

  • Reporting date to campus

  • Fees & registration details

  • Required documents for physical verification

  • Admission is granted based on merit and availability of space.

  • Do not make any payment to personal accounts. All payment instructions will be in the invitation letter.

We admit students in two cycles per year:

  • First Intake: September – October
